Thalía could get in trouble because of a photo shared on Instagram.

To show her support to Mexico's national soccer team, the Mexican actress posted a photomontage of herself naked and wrapped in the Mexican flag.

Entertainment journalist Jesús Gallegos said Thalía could be fined for disrespecting a national symbol.

In February 2008 Mexico's Ministry of Interior fined singer Paulina Rubio with almost 53,000 pesos (4,080 dollars) for posing naked with the Mexican flag in a Spanish magazine.
