The closed election will be held by a National Election Council composed of up to 370 members
The new leader and secretary general of the Democratic Revolution Party (PRD) will be chosen on September 21.
The closed election will be held by a National Election Council composed of up to 370 members.
The state chairmen, secretary general and executive committees will be chosen between September and October, while municipal leaders will be elected in November.
