Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo published a list of players with which Atletico de Madrid coach Diego Pablo Simeone could replace some team members when the current season ends.

Manchester United forward Javier Hernandez and Real Sociedad striker Carlos Vela are two of the players that Simeone has in mind to strengthen the club for the 2014-2015 season.

Chicharito could be the Atletico's next number 9 after the likely exit of Brazilian player Diego Costa when the season ends. Carlos Vela has also been mentioned as one of Simeone's options to reinforce the team's offensive lineup.

Other players in which the Argentinean coach is interested are Edin Dzeko (Manchester City), Fernando Torres (Chelsea), Roberto Soldado (Tottenham) and Jackson Martinez (Porto).
