The robotics team of the Polytechnic
University of Tapachula will compete in the 2015 Robotics World Championship to be held in Louisville, Kentucky,
US, in April.
The students from Chiapas won the
last national robotics competition, held on March 10 in Pachuca, Hidalgo,
Mexico.
The robotics team of the Polytechnic
University in Chiapas is composed of students Higinio Zacarías Gómez, Roymar
López González, Osvaldo González Pérez, Juan Valente Martínez García, Francisco
García Gómez and Fernando Cossío Esquivel.
The students are advised by
professors Alfredo Castillo Solís and Carlos Alberto Gómez Moreno, faculty
coordinators of Software Engineering and Automotive
Engineering.
