'Mi nuevo vicio' was composed by the Colombian band Morat.

Paulina Rubio, who had not released new albums since 2011, launched a new single composed by the Colombian band Morat.
 
"Mi nuevo vicio" was produced by Mauricio Reginfo, the real name of "El Dandee", of the duo Cali & El Dandee.

Rubio has participated as a "coach" in TV competitions such as "La Voz México" and "La Voz Kids" and was part of the jury of "The X Factor" along with Kelly Rowland, Demi Lovato and Simon Cowell.

Since her debut as a soloist in 1992, the Mexican singer has sold around 20 million records.
